November – April:

All bookings made for stays during this period are non-refundable.

May – October:

– Cancellations made more than one month (30 days) in advance of the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made 15 days or fewer but more than 7 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
– Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
